Northcoast Active Riders Group

We are a friendly, dressage focused group located at the Nambour Showgrounds in the heart of the beautiful Sunshine Coast, Queensland. Established in 1974 we are affiliated with EA (Equestrian Australia) and run regular dressage related events under EA rules and guidelines.  Events offered throughout the year include:

  • Competitive and Participant Official Dressage Competitions from Prep to Grand Prix for EA Members

  • NAGs Club Member Unofficial Dressage Competitions from Prep to Prix St George

  • The Brittney Anning Memorial Dressage Competition

  • Protocol Days hosted by EA Official Dressage Judges

  • Riding and Rider Bio-mechanic Clinics with guest trainers

To us, dressage is more than a single test. It is the first and last moments you spend with your horse each day, the hours of training and grooming in all sorts of weather and conditions that went into the 4 minute test.

All membership applications are managed via nominate.com.au

Membership fees are as follows:
2024 Single Adult Riding Membership (18yrs+) - $60
2024 Family Membership (1 parents 18yrs+ and up to 2 children) - $90
2024 Single Adult Non-Riding Membership (18yrs+) - $20

We are currently open for 2024 memberships which run from 1 January 2024

Our next clinic is up and live on Nominate - Theresa Mingram is back in Australia and offering a clinic at the NAGs indoor. Jump on now to grab your lesson - these will fill up quickly. 🙌🏼
And now onto our next event! We have a Members Only Social Comp - Sunday 13 October - entries open now via Nominate. Prep to FEI classes and separate divisions and ribbons for ponies at all levels. We hope to see you there! 🙌🏼
